* Patients in whom P. jirovecii was detected in a pulmonary sample (bronchoalveolar lavage, sputum, bronchial aspiration, oropharyngeal rinse, nasopharyngeal sample)
* No opposition
* Patient affiliated to a social security system
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients under legal protection (guardianship, curatorship)
* Refusal to participate
