* Patients with Parkinson disease without treatment for Parkinson disease
* Recent diagnosis (\< 2 years)
* Without cognitive troubles
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with cognitive troubles
* Treated patients with L-Dopa or Dopamine agonists
* Other severe illness
* Pregnant or parturient woman
