* pathologically confirmed non small cell lung cancer.
* harboured with positive EGFR mutation (19 exon deletion, L858R、G719X、L861Q mutation)
* reliable patients history data.
Exclusion Criteria:
* pathologically not confirmed non small cell lung cancer.
* multiple primary cancer.
