Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Description: Participants who achieved a partial response or complete response and subsequently experienced disease progression received a second course of conditioning chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m\^2/day IV infusion and fludarabine 30 mg/m\^2/day IV infusion) for 3 days followed by axicabtagene ciloleucel administered as a single IV infusion at a target dose of 2 x 10\^6 anti-CD 19 CAR transduced autologous T cells/kg.
