Detailed Description: Omega-3 fatty acids has been related to immunomodulation and antioxidant action. Diet supplementation of Omega-3 fatty acids after surgical treatment of obesity may help stabilize protein catabolism, reduce peroxidative damage, and improve lipid profile.
