Brief Summary: The goal of this observational study is to assess the natriuretic effect of intravenous acetazolamide in patients admitted with heart failure and persistent congestion despite treatment with intravenous furosemide and sodium-glucose cotransporter type 2 iSGLT2 inhibitors
