Detailed Description: After the pre-tests are applied to the patients in the intervention group face-to-face sleep hygiene training will be given and then 4 sessions of motivational interviews will be held within 6 weeks

The sessions will be conducted online with each patient individually The post-test will be applied 10 weeks after the pre-test
