Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to develop a mechanistic understanding of ventral-capsule ventral-striatum VCVS deep brain stimulation DBS for obsessive-compulsive disorder OCD Doing so would allow us to identify and track neural and behavioral biomarkers of clinical status that will demystify programming and inform clinical decision-making This study involves neurobehavioral collection and analysis of data in OCD patients

Participants will be followed in clinic for 7 visits where they will complete clinical assessments and participate in behavioral tasks and psychologist-led exposure trials They will also be asked to participate in naturalistic device tracking including wearing an Oura Ring and DBS recordings
