Detailed Description: This preliminary, prospective, single-arm clinical study will evaluate the safety and potential efficacy of Autologous Muscle Derived Cells for Urinary Sphincter Repair (AMDC-USR) for the treatment of male stress urinary incontinence (SUI) that develops following prostate surgery.
