Detailed Description: This study is a randomized clinical trial for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from a primary care. The purpose is to determine the effectiveness of telemedicine (teleconsultation and telemonitoring) in control of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease symptoms.
