and a total body weight \\>50 kg (110 lbs).\n* Subject has the ability to understand the requirements of the study, provide written informed consent, and abide by the requirements of the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Evidence or history of clinically significant hematological, renal, endocrine, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, hepatic, psychiatric, neurological, or allergic disease (including drug allergies, but excluding untreated, asymptomatic, seasonal allergies at time of dosing).\n* History of febrile illness within 5 days prior to the first study period.\n* History of regular alcohol consumption exceeding 14 drinks/week (1 drink = 5 ounces (150 mL) of wine or 12 ounces (360 mL) of beer or 1.5 ounces (45 mL) of hard liquor) within 6 months of screening.\n* A positive urine drug screen at screening.\n* Use of tobacco- or nicotine-containing products in excess of the equivalent of 5 cigarettes per day.\n* Use of prescription or nonprescription drugs, vitamins and dietary supplements within 7 days or 5 half-lives (whichever is longer) prior to the first study period. As an exception, analgesics, caffeine, and non-pharmacological methods may be used on the discretion of the investigator to manage symptoms related to the lumbar catheterization. Aspirin, aspirin containing products, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents that affect platelet function should not be used. Other exceptions may be granted by a qualified member of Pfizer study management.\n* Treatment with an investigational drug within 30 days preceding the first study period.\n* Pregnant or nursing females; females of childbearing potential who are unwilling or unable to use an acceptable method of non-hormonal contraception (as will be outlined in the protocol) from at least 14 days prior to enrollment in the study until completion of the study.\n* Blood donation of approximately 1 pint (500 mL) within 56 days prior to dosing.\n* Subjects with papilledema on exam at screening or on Day 0.\n* Subject has any laboratory values outside the normal ranges on screening or on Day 0 which are deemed clinically significant by the investigator.
