A total of 671 Chinese American women from metropolitan Washington, DC and New York city were enrolled to participate in this study. The majority of participants were recruited from on-site community events and some were recruited through public advertisement and referrals. Participants who completed baseline assessment were randomized to one of the three groups: 1) viewing an 18-minute cultural video, 2) viewing an 18-minute generic video, and 3) reading a fact sheet (control group). Participants were interviewed twice after intervention:1) process evaluation 2-4 weeks post intervention regarding participants' feedback on the materials and repeated key measures of knowledge, cultural views, and health beliefs and 2) outcome evaluation six-months post intervention that assesses actual receipt of mammography use."}, 'eligibilityModule': {'sex': 'FEMALE', 'stdAges': ['ADULT', 'OLDER_ADULT'], 'minimumAge': '40 Years', 'healthyVolunteers': False, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Chinese American women had not had a mammography in the past 12 months\n* Chinese American women had no personal history of breast cancer\n* Chinese American women had no mammogram scheduled when enrolled\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Non-Chinese Women\n* Regular mammography users'}, 'identificationModule': {'nctId': 'NCT01261520', 'briefTitle': 'Chinese Women and Mammography Screening', 'organization': {'class': 'OTHER', 'fullName': 'Georgetown University'}, 'officialTitle': 'Promoting Adherence to Mammography Use in Chinese Women', 'orgStudyIdInfo': {'id': 'GU 2005-167'}, 'secondaryIdInfos': [{'id': 'MRSGT-05-104-01-CPPB', 'type': 'OTHER_GRANT', 'domain': 'American Cancer Society'}, {'id': 'R03CA117552', 'link': 'https://reporter.nih.gov/quickSearch/R03CA117552', 'type': 'NIH'}]}, 'armsInterventionsModule': {'armGroups': [{'type': 'OTHER', 'label': 'Culturally-tailored video', 'description': "The culturally-tailored video was designed to focus on Chinese women's cultural health beliefs and align with Chinese customs, norms, and values, which includes two segments: 1) a soap-opera and 2) recommendation from a Chinese female physician.", 'interventionNames': ['Behavioral: Culturally-tailored video']}], 'interventions': [{'name': 'Culturally-tailored video', 'type': 'BEHAVIORAL', 'description': 'A 18 minute DVD made in Chinese language (i.e. Mandarin and Cantonese)', 'armGroupLabels': ['Culturally-tailored video']}]}, 'contactsLocationsModule': {'locations': [{'zip': '20007', 'city': 'Washington D.C.', 'state': 'District of Columbia', 'country': 'United States', 'facility': 'Cancer Control Program, Georgetown University', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 38.89511, 'lon': -77.03637}}], 'overallOfficials': [{'name': 'Judy H Wang, Ph.D.', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Georgetown University'}]}, 'sponsorCollaboratorsModule': {'leadSponsor': {'name': 'Georgetown University', 'class': 'OTHER'}, 'collaborators': [{'name': 'American Cancer Society, Inc.', 'class': 'OTHER'}, {'name': 'National Cancer Institute (NCI)', 'class': 'NIH'}, {'name': 'Susan G.
