It has been observed that a significant number of patients seeking therapy for cervical spine diseases are affected by this type of pain. When an illness is chronic, it has a tendency to manifest as a persistent or recurring issue that has a negative impact on an individual's mental and physical well-being.\n\nIt is a randomized clinical trial. 30 patients fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be recruited by non-probability convenience sampling and then randomly divided in two groups using lottery method. Group A will receive the strengthening and kinesiotherapy exercises along with Brugger's relief position training with 10 minutes per session and cervical lateral glide mobilization, 3 times a week. And the group B will receive the cervical lateral glide mobilization. Pain levels will be measured using a visual analogue scale and goniometer will be used to measure neck ranges.The data will be analyzed by using SPSS version25."}, 'eligibilityModule': {'sex': 'ALL', 'stdAges': ['ADULT'], 'maximumAge': '50 Years', 'minimumAge': '30 Years', 'healthyVolunteers': False, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Both male and female\n* Age: 30-50 years\n* Positive upper limb neurodynamic test\n* Patients having neck pain radiating to upper limb and limited ROM with articular dysfunction.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia\n* Surgery of cervical/thoracic spine\n* Limited glenohumeral joint movement\n* Presence of neurological disease (stroke, multiple sclerosis)'}, 'identificationModule': {'nctId': 'NCT06459466', 'briefTitle': 'Effects of Kinesiotherapy Exercises With Cervical Mobilization in Cervicobrachial Neuralgia', 'organization': {'class': 'OTHER', 'fullName': 'Riphah International University'}, 'officialTitle': 'Effects of Kinesiotherapy Exercises Along With Cervical Mobilization in Cervicobrachial Neuralgia.', 'orgStudyIdInfo': {'id': 'REC/RCR&AHS/23/01116'}}, 'armsInterventionsModule': {'armGroups': [{'type': 'EXPERIMENTAL', 'label': 'Kinesiotherapy exercises with cervical mobilization', 'description': 'This group will receive kinesiotherapy exercises along with Cervical Mobilization', 'interventionNames': ['Procedure: kinesiotherapy exercises with cervical mobilization', 'Procedure: cervical Mobilization']}, {'type': 'ACTIVE_COMPARATOR', 'label': 'Cervical Mobilization', 'description': 'This group will receive Cervical lateral glide mobilization.', 'interventionNames': ['Procedure: kinesiotherapy exercises with cervical mobilization', 'Procedure: cervical Mobilization']}], 'interventions': [{'name': 'kinesiotherapy exercises with cervical mobilization', 'type': 'PROCEDURE', 'description': 'Kinesiotherapy Exercises includes Neck stretches , shoulder and upper back mobility, pectoral stretch, cervical isometrics, shoulder blade protraction and retraction', 'armGroupLabels': ['Cervical Mobilization', 'Kinesiotherapy exercises with cervical mobilization']}, {'name': 'cervical Mobilization', 'type': 'PROCEDURE', 'description': 'This includes Cervical lateral glide mobilization', 'armGroupLabels': ['Cervical Mobilization', 'Kinesiotherapy exercises with cervical mobilization']}]}, 'contactsLocationsModule': {'locations': [{'zip': '46000', 'city': 'Rawalpindi', 'state': 'Punjab Province', 'status': 'RECRUITING', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'contacts': [{'name': 'Iqra Khan, M.phil', 'role': 'CONTACT', 'email': 'iqrakhan485@gmail.com', 'phone': '03354671744'}, {'name': 'Tuba Ali, MS(OMPT)', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR'}], 'facility': 'IIMCT Railway General Hospital', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 33.59733, 'lon': 73.0479}}], 'centralContacts': [{'name': 'Tuba Ali, MS-DPT', 'role': 'CONTACT', 'email': 'tubaali7795@gmail.com', 'phone': '03374872121'}, {'name': 'Rabiya Noor, PhD', 'role': 'CONTACT', 'email': 'rabiya.noor@riphah.edu.pk', 'phone': '03344355660'}], 'overallOfficials': [{'name': 'Rabiya Noor, PhD', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Riphah International University'}]}, 'ipdSharingStatementModule': {'ipdSharing': 'NO'}, 'sponsorCollaboratorsModule': {'leadSponsor': {'name': 'Riphah International University', 'class': 'OTHER'}, 'responsibleParty': {'type': 'SPONSOR'}}}}
