Current guidelines recommend Nab-paclitaxel, Gemcitabine and modified Folfirinox as the first-line chemotherapeutic regimen. Studies have shown that sequential chemotherapeutic regimen can effectively delay the drug resistance and improve the effect of chemotherapy.
